Anne Erickson

Artist Statement:

Anne began drawing in elementary school and briefly considered a career in commercial art, but did not begin painting until she retired. After five years of in person and online classes with a variety of teachers she is finding satisfaction in her completed work as well as in the process itself, and hopes her journey of discovery will continue for many years.

Anne’s spirituality is centred in nature and the natural world. She paints primarily to form a deeper connection with this world, one which can remind her of the source of our being.
